We have two runways: 02/20 (670 metres) and 06/24 (710 metres). The windsock is located in the centre of the aircraft park next to the hangar. DO NOT USE RUNWAY 02. We have had a number of unsafe landings and incidents so have now stopped the usage of this runway for both our safety and those of our pilots.
There is no air-ground radio, so please ensure good visual awareness on arrival in the circuit. All circuits must be performed to the west to avoid traffic from RAF Henlow. It is strongly advised that 'Henlow Radio' be contacted for general traffic information on 121.10. The airfield is only licensed for aircraft operations related to maintenance and repair at our associated companies. |

Meppershall Airfield is a privately owned airfield just 10 nautical miles north of Luton Airport.

We do not operate a formal noise abatement procedure however we have a good relationship with local villages and we wish to maintain this. Please take this into consideration when manoeuvring in the local area. |
