Brinkley Aircraft Services Ltd is a CAA and EASA approved aircraft maintenance workshop which is capable of all maintenance inspections, rectification work and insurance repairs. We specialise in Piper and Cessna aircraft and hold a large stock of airframe and engine components. We also maintain several BCAR Annex II and LAA aircraft and have carried out a number of LAA conversions.

EASA Aircraft

For EASA aircraft we can carry out 50 hour, 150 hour and Annual inspections, and also ARC issues and extensions. We can complete these with competitive turnaround times, and offer a 'while you wait' service for 50 hour checks.

American Registered Aircraft

We have a resident A&P mechanic and an IA inspector allowing us to carry out 100 hour and annual inspections on American registered aircraft without the need for contract personnel.
We also have extensive experience of transferring aircraft onto and off of the American register.

In-house testing facilities

We have the capability to offer the following services in-house:
  • Testing of Amsafe inflatable safety harnesses
  • Testing and troubleshooting of master control units on Cessna G1000 aircraft
  • All avionics testing required for annual inspections
  • Calibration of ASI, VSI and altimeters
  • Testing of pitot and static systems

Aircraft Parking and Storage

We have a limited number of permanent parking spaces available on the airfield, although due to planning restrictions we cannot allow aircraft movements on Sundays and Bank Holidays. If you anticipate that you will be unable to use your aircraft for a period of time and wish to leave it with us, we will ground run it each month up to running temperature to make sure everything continues to function correctly.

In addition to supporting private aircraft owners, we maintain fleet aircraft for a number of operators who require an efficient and straightforward approach to maintenance. We understand how expensive and frustrating aircraft downtime can be and therefore aim to minimise inconvenience for our customers. If required, we have an experienced ferry pilot available for both one-way and return trips if you are unavailable to deliver your aircraft for maintenance.
